Who we are
7Metros seeks to promote handball, both nationally and internationally, whether male or female, among all supporters of the sport, feeding their passion and showing sports lovers in general the particulars of our sport.
A group of young people trained in different areas. From Marketing to Sports Management, including Sports Journalism and Graphic Design.
We managed to join several areas that complement each other and that, combined with the enormous passion for handball, make this project unique.
The Team
Matheus Belesa
Graduated in Sports Management, Athlete and Handball Coach.
The passion for Handball started in 2015 and, in 2017 I decided to start the "7Metros" project because I felt that there was a huge lack of information for those who don't practice the sport.
Ema Bastos
Graduated in Sales Management and Marketing and also Handball Coach.
A team member since 2018, Ema is the Marketing and Communication Director at 7Metros.
Leonardo Bordonhos
Graduated in Sports Journalism in England.
A team member since 2018, Leonardo is the Newsroom and Social Media Director at 7Metros.
Alexandre Santos
Founder of the MarketingAlex brand and Responsible for Website Data Maintenance and Analysis.
Digital Marketeer since 2016 and has worked with companies distributed all over the world.
Márcio Menino
Journalist / Photojournalist
Freelancer Specializing in Handball. Collaborator of the Portuguese Handball Federation (FPA) and European Handball Federation (EHF). Aka Dr. Handball
Beatriz Frade
Degree in Journalism from the Catholic University.
A member of the team since 2020, he seeks to build the foundations for a future career as a sports journalist, combining the best of both worlds: writing and sport.
Sara Tavares
Graduated in Design.
Is part of the 7Metros design team since 2018.
Carlos Amaral
A member of the team since June 2020, Carlos is a former journalist for the International Section of the Correio da Manhã and Business Director at the TETRAEPIK Translation Agency. At 7Metros he is mainly dedicated to International Handball with a greater focus on Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
Pedro Luzia
Passionated about Graphic Design since 2013, Self-taught freelancer but always willing to learn and evolve more and more.
André Ferreira
Designer since 2017, mainly in the area of Sports and Esports having worked with Sporting CP and For The Win Esports.
